Order tracking and customer support

After checkout you should receive an order confirmation with a reference number. Use it in your account area or tracking page to see preparation, dispatch, and delivery updates.

If a delivery window changes or an item is delayed, contact support with your order ID and a short description. Most issues are resolved faster when screenshots or photos are attached.
